I studied Computer Science at the Technischen Universität Berlin in Berlin, Germany. As part of my diploma thesis I wrote a federated search engine for german university libraries.
I am self-employed, and do contract work related to stuff I know something about:

- Web applications (jsp, php, cgi, mod perl)
- Mobile Internet applications (UMTS, WAP)
- Search engines
- Library systems (Z39.50)
